CDL REWARDS

  1. Casino du Liban Loyalty Program (CDL Rewards) allows ALL participating players to steadily earn Reward Points and Tier Credits and redeem them against a range of complimentary services and benefits.
  2. Customers must be at least 21 years of age to participate.
  3. Membership in Casino du Liban Loyalty Program (CDL Rewards) is free of charge.
  4. CDL Rewards cards will replace the existing CDL membership cards.
  5. Only one membership per person is permitted in the Casino du Liban Loyalty Program.
  6. Membership is not transferable.
  7. The benefits of the Program are solely intended for the use of the person listed on the account.
  8. While the usage of the card is highly recommended, it is not compulsory and will not automatically allow customers to earn points.
  9. All benefits and rewards are subject to availability/validity.
  10. Individuals who are not eligible for membership at Casino du Liban by gaming law or upon their own request, or those excluded by Casino du Liban management cannot enrol in the Program.
  11. Customers who become irreversibly barred and/or excluded for any reason will have their Program membership and outstanding Points and Credits balance cancelled.
  12. In the event of death of the cardholder, his/her membership will be terminated and the remaining points balance cancelled.
  13. In the event of outstanding monies owed to Casino du Liban, the program benefits may be suspended, pending payment of the outstanding debt.
  14. All issues pertaining to the program’s terms and conditions lie solely with Casino du Liban prerogatives, whose decisions are final and binding.
  15. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Program’s Terms and Conditions.
  16. The personal information of all members are kept in files administered by Casino du Liban and will be used for company purposes in strict confidentiality.
  17. Casino du Liban is not responsible for stolen or lost cards; in such events, duplicate club cards may be issued upon presenting proper identification.
  18. Casino du Liban will not share information of members, including their personal data or accumulated points with its affiliated partners or any other third party unless authorized in writing by the customer.
  19. By participating in this Program, participants agree to these terms and conditions which shall be governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon and both parties each submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
  20. Casino du Liban reserves the right to modify or cancel this Program at any time, for any reason, at its own discretion, provided that such modification will not, as of its date of implementation, materially alter or change any member’s reward already earned or redeemed.
  21. Casino du Liban employees are not eligible for the Program.
  1. There are 4 cards in the Program:
    Gold Signature
    0-1000 + Tier Credits
    Platinum Priority
    5000 + Tier Credits
    Diamond Privilege
    30,000 + Tier Credits
    Cedars Elite
    100,000 + By invitation only
  2. Membership Tier Credits are earned on a yearly basis from the date the Loyalty Club Card is issued.
  3. Membership Tier Credits will reset to 0 at the beginning of each period.
  4. Members who are upgraded will be notified if they have given permission for their details to be used. If not, Casino du Liban will endeavor to inform the member on their next visit. Members can collect their new card at CDL Rewards Desk.
  5. Any member who does not fulfil the Tier requirements can be offered membership at the lower Tier. Members will be notified if they have given permission for their details to be used. If not, the Casino du Liban will endeavor to inform them on their next visit.
  1. To enrol in the program, three main steps are required:
    • a. Fill out a Sign Up Form
    • b. Receive the Rewards Club Card
    • c. Open a Personal Account (Phase 2)
    • a. When filling out the Form, you will be required to provide:
      • Your Personal Information: Full Name, Gender, Birth Date
      • Your Contact Information: Full Address, Contact Numbers, preferred means of communications i.e. Email, Direct Mail, SMS and/or Phone Call
      • The Sign Up Form can be directly withdrawn at the Loyalty Club Desk (CDL Rewards) or filled out online (Phase 2). The member will receive an email with directions on how to carry on with the enrolment process that cannot be finalized online but through a visit to the Loyalty Club Desk.
    • b. Receiving the Players Loyalty Card:
      • The Player’s Card will be delivered to the member personally and cannot be in any case mailed or given to a third party. The member must present himself personally to the Loyalty Club Desk to obtain his card on the spot.
    • c. Opening A Personal Account:
      • Every member will have a dedicated Account Number & PIN Code. Instructions on how to create the account and access it for returning users are given at the Loyalty Club Desk and clearly disclosed on the web site (Phase 2).
  2. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Casino du Liban of any changes in their personal information including but not limited to their change of name, address and contact numbers.
  3. Casino du Liban has the right to deny a customer’s application to the Program or withdraw his/her membership at its own discretion.
  1. Points can be earned on all slot machines, on table games, restaurants & bars and in any purchasing outlet at CDL.
  2. At slot machines, it is the player’s responsibility to properly insert their membership card in the machine card reader before they start playing and leave it there while playing.
  3. Customers must gamble on a machine to earn Points (buying-in and cashing-out will not accumulate Points).
  4. On table games (Roulette, Black Jack, Poker, Punto Banco), the customer must present his/her card to the dealer before engaging in play. On table games, Casino du Liban will use all reasonable efforts to track a customer’s average bet and length of play. Customers, as a condition of taking part in the Program, agree that Reward Points and Tier Credits are awarded based on the personal observation of Casino du Liban staff, which may be subject to a marginal error. The average bet for the table is derived from the table minimum bet and so may vary for each table and game type.
  • Members must use their card at the time of playing to earn Reward Points and Tier Credits.
  • Slots
    • • Earn 1 Tier Credit and 1 Reward Point for every US$ 5 of play on a reel slot machine. Some machines have lower earn rates depending on the game played.
  • Table Games
    • • Earn 1 Tier Credit and 1 Reward Point for every US$ 10 of play at the gaming tables. Some tables have lower earn rates depending on the game played and the length of play.
  • Card Room and Poker Tournaments
    • • Earn Tier Credits and Reward Points in the Card Room and Poker Tournaments based on your buy-in level, length of play, frequency of participation and other relevant gaming factors
  • Dining
    • • Earn 1 Tier Credit and 1 Reward Point for every US$ 1 spent at our restaurants.
  • Shopping
    • • Earn 1 Tier Credit and 1 Reward Point for every US$ 1 spent at Casino boutique and affiliated retailers (Phase 2).
  • Entertainment
    • • Earn 1 Tier Credit and 1 Reward Point for every US$ 1 spent at the CDL Box Office.
  1. Tier Credits are earned on a yearly basis.
  2. Tier Credits will reset to zero every year on the date the card was issued.
  3. Expired Points cannot be reclaimed at any time.
  4. All customers who cancel their membership forfeit all their available Reward Points and Tier Credits.
  5. Any opted out customers who rejoin the Loyalty Program will not be able to reinstate any past accrued Reward Points at the time of opt out.
  6. No Reward Points or Tier Credits can be earned on any redemption transaction.
  7. Should there be a dispute over the earning process or redemption of points, Casino du Liban’s decision will be final and binding in respect of discrepancies.
  8. Reward Points or Tier Credits cannot be added retrospectively.
  9. All Tier Credits and Reward Points earned are subject to review and verification. Management has up to 30 days to adjust any discrepancy due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or misuse of the Loyalty Card.
  10. Casino du Liban reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time, provided that such modification shall not, as of its date of implementation, materially alter or change any member’s reward already earned or redeemed.
  • Dining
    • • Reward Points can be redeemed at all Casino du Liban’s Food & Beverage outlets. You can also receive discounts at La Martingale Restaurant depending on your Tier Credits.
  • Shopping
    • • Redeem your Reward Credits at our Casino Boutique and receive discounts at our participating retailers (Phase 2).
  • Shows
    • • Receive discounts for live shows at the SDA and Theatre Du Liban depending on your Tier Credits Status and availability.
  • Free Play and Promo Tickets
    • • Reward Points can be exchanged for Free Play in Phase 2 of our CDL Rewards Program. • Slots redemption tickets (Promo Tickets) will be valid for play on any slots machine and will be available in Phase 2 of CDL Rewards Program.
  • Poker Tournaments
    • • Reward Points can be exchanged for Poker Tournaments buy-in in Phase 2 of our CDL Rewards Program.
  1. A Customer must present a valid Identification prior to making a redemption.
  2. Tier Credits are not redeemable.
  3. The management reserves the right to amend or change the Redemption Program at any time.
  4. Any rewards or perks that are redeemed or offered and are subsequently lost are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  5. Should a slots Promo Tickets become defaced or lost it cannot be replaced.
  6. Casino du Liban cannot be held responsible for, or have any liability for third party (affiliated or participating partners) products and services.
